  4. If you attend a FC Barcelona game, be aware the subway will be extremely packed.  If you’re claustrophobic, take a taxi or UBER to Camp Nou.
  5. The beaches in Barcelona do allow nude tanning. If you see an old penis and balls, well you have been warned.
  6. Due to the old buildings, and people staying out later in Barcelona, rooms near busy streets tend to be quite noisy.
  7. Leaving the Barcelona airport is easy, with taxi’s available and about a $25 USD ride to the city center. The same can not be said when checking into the Barcelona airport; it’s a nightmare, so come early.
  8. Since Barcelona is built in a valley and up the sides of the land, you are typically walking up hill at some point, bring comfortable shoes.
  9. If you want to go inside the Sacred Familia Basilica, buy tickets ahead of time. Even with pre purchased tickets you still wait a few hours to enter.
  10. Dress in layers, even when it’s not warm out, it can feel like 80 when the sun is out and there is not a cloud in the sky.
